Very positive interview process overall, I would recommend people to interview with Affirm. A recruiter from Affirm reached out to me first, and I had a casual introduction call with the hiring manager before starting the formal interview process. He was very friendly and did a great job introducing the opportunity at Affirm, which made me excited to start the interview process. Once the formal interview process began, Affirm moved very fast to work with my timeline, and I enjoyed my conversation with everyone throughout the interview. They all seemed really nice, talented, and collaborative. The design team had many new leadership joined in the last year or so, and it seems they are setting up a great design culture in the company. Once Affirm decided to extend me an offer, I had several more rounds of conversation with more people in the team, and they were all super helpful in getting all the information I need for me to make a decision. Eventually I decided to reject the offer purely because of my personal lifestyle reasons, and it was a very, very hard decision as I was truly excited about the opportunity to work at Affirm.
