Interviews went well and seemed like a pleasure via zoom interviews and phone calls. Basic questions were asked. HR processes are extremely unorganized though. They do not respond to emails and the communication is poor. I can see why new candidates veer away from this company. I was dumbfounded to learn that members of their HR team have worked at affinity for many years and their processes are so poor. This is why I turned down the position.

Entrevista
First I had a phone interview with HR. Then I was asked to schedule an in-person meeting with 3 members of leadership. Scheduled a second interview with additional senior leadership. Position was eliminated with change in leadership and I was not offered the job in the end. Everyone was very nice and straight forward.
