This was a 2 stage process with the first stage being with the hiring manager and a member of the Senior Team. I was warmly welcomed to the site and made to feel really comfortable. Following the first stage, I then had a second stage on-site, which involved 3 separate meetings with the HR Team, the MD and Exec Team, and the Senior Management Team. The second stage was much more about my personality fit and whether the business was right for me and vice versa. It was refreshing to be part of a process where people care about who you are as a person and getting the right fit.
