Interviewing was very easy. I only had to take an assessment then got interviewed by a team of managers. There were two team managers asking me questions. There were typical interview questions. Afterwards, I had waited a week before I got an answer. My experience was great. The interview was actually at the company I was to be contracted to not Aerotek.
