Entrevista
I had recently quit a job as a sales rep for another company when I applied at Aerotek. The recruiter was very nice even though she was late to our interview. She asked typical questions during the intial phone call like "what would your boss describe your work ethic as?" etc. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of my old boss, (why I quit in the first place), so definitely did not give the most convincing answer. She moved me into the skype interview portion of the interview process and asked behavioral questions regarding past experiences. One of the questions that left me a little shocked was the - "have you ever been burned before" question. It was actually kind of uncomfortable and I felt like I had just been interrogated in the worst way possible. I left the interview feeling extremely uncomfortable because of the questions that were asked. Anyway - be prepared for weird questions and if you're good at speaking to people over the phone and selling a product, don't let the awkward extremely intrusive questions affect your interview skills and your chances of getting the job.
the interview process is one screen with the talent acquisition specialist then an interview with the director then a half day onsite interview where you shadow some of the team members

Two interviews one as a phone screening the second in person. This was a mess of a process and I was ghosted even thought they told me to meet for lunch and did not tell me it was canceled until after I asked where they were. Completely unprofessional.

It was fin but it was not as formal as I would have thought with the follow through. I didn't hear from them for a while after interviewing. Then randomly got an offer and didn't receive much follow up.
