I was scheduled for a first interview with a HR person, and on the day of the interview, a colleague emailed to let me know the recruiter is no longer available for a call, asked me to cancel the original appointment and they would follow up to reschedule. That was 3 weeks ago, and it didn’t happen with no communication. It is a sloppy and unprofessional approach that would make any potential candidate not take this company seriously
