First interview with HR then an interview with a Sales Leader and then role play. The first two were very good. HR Recruiter and Sales Leader super professionals and asking questions that were aligned to the role. The role play was a frustration. The case provided only focused on a good relationship between Adyen and client and established a challenge to grow the account. During the session the interviewers were harsh, pretended that what was presented in the case did not exist and solely focused on denying all my arguments. I was super excited about the opportunity but left disappointed. I felt like they wanted me out since the start.
