Applied online over the weekend and received call from recruiter on Monday to schedule a 15-minute telephone screening. Left 2 messages and finally got hold of recruiter on 3rd call. Scheduled telephone screening for Thursday which was first available for the recruiter. Received VM from recruiter on Tuesday afternoon that position was filled internally as it was intended for a nurse employed on the unit transferring from day shift to night shift. It shows disorganization and lack of professionalism in the organization to post a job and list it as open when the job was already assigned to a specific team member.

The interview process was quick and easy. My interview was with the recruiter & director in charge of critical care. They create a comfortable environment to talk. It was not intimidating. They do require you to shadow the unit.
