It was very casual with the nurse manager, she was personable and courteous. Interview was short and mainly questioning was about education and work experience. Nurse manager was interviewing for night positions but after she found out I was interested only in dayshift, she was later able to accommodate an offer for that shift. It all worked out well. I brought a resume but I didn't necessarily need it.
