The interview was through HireVue, it was a video interview one way. You have 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. I thought of the process to be easy to navigate but also nerve wrecking bc you have X amount of time to answer

interview was via video call with 4 to 5 people from different unit. most of the questions were situational so be prepared to know basic pharm and nursing interventions. duration of the interview was around 15-20 mins.

Interview was held via Google Meets. It was a panel style with about 5 different people (hiring managers, recruiters, etc). There were basic, situational and scenario questions. (The scenario questions were specific to the unit being interviewed for.)
