I had a phone interview in which they were mostly concerned about retail experience and then a second interview in the field with my supervisor. Overall a good experience. I would suggest the person go in a business attire and make sure to bring your A game.

There was an initial 15 minute video interview to go over the basic job requirements: pay, mileage reimbursement, and general territory overview. They didn't really ask me any questions, other than if I was willing to sell and not just be a merchandiser.

Entrevista
Easy interview process. Phone Interview followed by a video interview where, you have a more personal interview experience. You don't need anything special to access the video interview. You can do it from your computer, tablet, or phone.
Good interview process. Checked for knowledge of position I was applying for, previous work experience, and what area i lived in. The rest was basic line of questions for interviewing.
