The hiring process for this opportunity is awful. After speaking with other LDA's I realized they screwed me over. My process was 4 interviews and no feedback. My last interview was in early March and did not hear anything until the end of May. I was than offered a position and was expeceted to decide where I wanted to relocate within 48 hours. Most other LDA's had 3 interviews, and found out in March & April and had more than 2 days to decide where they were willing to relocate.

The most dificult process was creating and presenting a presentaion with an unspecific topic. You had ot present through a Skype interview so you were not even being watched.

3 step interview process: 2 phone interviews, and an in-person interview, or a Skype interview if you are out of the city. Expect a 30 min conversation for each phone call, and a panel interview for the 3rd step.

I applied online, then got a call a few weeks later, as a screening process. I then had to make a 2 minute video describing "my brand", and discussed the process the next day.

Entrevista
Received a phone call discussing interest in the position and a brief background about it. Talked about various things including academic background and career aspirations. The next round of interviewing was to submit a video about your "brand" and then a follow up discussion about your "brand". This round ended with setting up a final round of interviewing with the location that I chose to pursue the program. Spoke to the supervisor for about 30 minutes and at the end was told I would hear back regarding an offer or not in the following weeks.
