Easy lots of paper work a drug test, long drive to location no local centers. Hired over the phone...by a recruiter more paper work. The process is more involved with Skype and other resources then what we had years ago. Still a lot for so little that most people end up quitting this job anyways.

The interview process went really well! I had a Skype interview where I was asked questions about why I applied and how I would react to different scenarios. It was very laid back - I had already had experience in sales and was offered the position right then and there. Working for them was great!
