I applied in Last June via a friend, the first interview was just a phone call , then they sent a task the task is three parts 1) proposal for a RFP 2) presenting the solution 3) Task should be developed with RPA Platform . and then they gave 10 days, i went to make the presentation for technical team they were nice during the interview and asked several questions to check my understanding then we talked about when i can join and some questions concerning the contract , they promise that they will send me an offer after three days . and till now and after 6 months i did not receive any feedback .specially they promise to send an offer and their interview takes longtime for preparation, for me they are not a professional company
