Quick Interview, extensive training (three weeks). One-on-on discussions over the phone and on Skype. Asked to teach on the spot for a sample, tough coming up with a topic. Interviewer was company president, so it was a bit intimidating. Overall, a fun process though. Interview was more a discussion about teaching.
