Entrevista
I emailed my resume to the Director of Admissions. He contacted me for an interview over the phone. I was then scheduled for the face to face interview with him and the Assistant Director of Admissions. It was a semi-formal meeting with the Director doing most of the talking.

They asked about my recruiting experience, work history. and recruiting sucess/failures irt my actual numbers. IE quotas, did I hit budget and how often, how do I retain the recruits I find, etc...
