You receive a screening call from Caroline their HR Manager which is an open discussion about your experience, if you pass that a meeting is scheduled with the manager.
The screening call is professional and to the point.
The interview with the manager however was not structured and mostly a one sided conversation.
After passing the interview with the manager, you'll be invited over to meet the founders.
They were not serious about hiring for the advertised position
After a couple of weeks they made the decision to eliminate the role altogether and move in a different direction without an explanation.
