First they called me and asked a few questions about myself and career. At the end of the conversation, I got an interview for the following day. The next day they were giving interviews all morning, when I arrived there were six people waiting to get interviewed. During the interview they barely asked me questions, more like them explaining the company. After the interview, they told me to come in the following day for a second interview. The second interview lasted 40 mins, mainly taking about how the system works, what I would be doing and pay. With entry level management you start off with sales (commission). Selling Phone in front of a store unit you make you're way up. Seem kinda sketchy to me..

Applied on LinkedIn, got a call a few days later for a first interview. My appointment was at 1:00, but I had to wait until 1:20 since a client was there. It was just a general overview of what the company was like and how they were able to do things. I got a little suspicious when they expressed wariness at putting my two weeks in for my current job, but I accepted the second interview anyway. I was told that I would be getting food inside the office for round 2, since it would be at 7 AM. I got there about 10 minutes beforehand, per interview etiquette, and...nobody's there. They don't show up until 2 minutes before the interview. My fellow interviewees and I go in and are summoned outside one by one. I assume we'll be going to another office, but this was not the case. Listen, if I'm gonna dry clean a suit and wake up at 5 am only to be sat on a park bench in the 50 degree misty cold and told that I'm going to be joining a "locker room mentality" to sign people up to use Sprint phones, I'm gonna hop right back on LinkedIn.
