When i arrived to the facility i was greeted at the front door by the finishing supervisor and was then sat down at a table in the lobby where majority of the interview took place. Once seated i was required to take a brief 30-45 minute mechanical reasoning test. Afterwards i was asked to briefly describe my work history and any work related experiences I may have. From there I took a plant wide tour of the facilities where all job responsibilities for the job i applied for were discussed as well as compensation. Upon completion of the interview i was required to take a drug test and agree to a background check before i would be offered the job.
