The process was not well organized/ thought out. They asked interview questions that they pulled from the internet that didn't scope my professional abilities at all. When it came to my time to ask questions, they cut me off after 3. When the interview ended, they said something along the lines that their process was going to take several weeks to find the right candidate. Meaning in too many words that they were looking for a purple squirrel and I wouldn't be hearing from them.
