The hiring process here consisted of meeting with people in the "HR" department. These people clearly are not recruiters or real HR professionals. Glorified AP/AR quickbook data entry clerks (one of them is the owners daughter). No questions that had any real substance or that would offer insight into how one would handle a given situation or challenge before them. All interviews here (aside from the programming department) are strictly personality based. If they like you and you attended Rutgers University, you are one foot in the door.
