Found first through technical recruiter through a phone call which was a brief way of verifying everything on my resume. The next day, I was called by recruiter to be interviewed at Advanced.1. Met with technically our hiring manager (the hiring manager is one of the VPs as it is a small-medium company). She reviewed everything on my resume, and asked me about each point on my resume. She briefly explained history of company, their focus, and why they are in need of technical drafters. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the telecom industry, the company, and the workforce. The interview lasted about an hour. The next day, I got a call from the recruiter saying I was hired.
