Phone interview with basic questions such as how long have you worked with Javascript. What is Less/Sass. In person interview with 3-4 developers all at once. Again, no technical questions other than what is Angular and why would you use it. Then another phone interview with 6 others on the line. These are not developers and are just project managers. They have no development experience yet they are the ones who decide which developers to hire. I did not get an offer based on my resume and past experience. So they could have saved all our time and energy if they just read the resume before and declined to have an interview. The fact that they still dragged me through all the interview process makes me think that its one of those companies that always have an "open" position and just are always interviewing. They also have drug testing and very limited work from home options. Also the developers direct managers are non developers so be warned.
