Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Adobe (Los Angeles, CA) en oct 2015
Entrevista
Interviewed back in October.
I sent in my resume to the recruiters at my university's career fair. That night, I got a call from a recruiter, inviting me to an on-campus (at the University) interview the day after with Adobe. The interview itself lasted 30 minutes, wherein the interviewer asked me a few logistical questions for the first 5 minutes. Then, for the remaining time, we dived into a technical problem he asked. I actually struggled a little, but he was kind enough to guide me with hints here and there. We reached a solution at the end, though I did not have enough time to write it out fully. The interviewer himself was cordial - not necessarily nice, but not offensively cold either. All in all, an okay interview experience.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
A not-so-basic question on solving a problem using a (flood-fill) algorithm.
The interview process consisted of two technical interviews and one interview with the hiring manager - one coding interview about a very simple two sum problem, and another one about ml knowledge in general. The hiring manager interview has to test if I would be a good fit for the team.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
Two sum leetcode and ml questions about llms and other ml topics.
Started with 1 recruiter round
It then proceeded towards a conversation with the Hiring Managers.
Lastly, there were 4 onsite rounds in 2 different bursts (first 2 at the same time, and if accepted then the last 2 at a single go)
Coding Challenge style of questions followed by a system design challenge that includes easy and medium problems to solve. Done on the whiteboard with the help of interviewers back and forth
