Standard Adobe 5 step process
1. Recruiter screening - recruiters are contracted and not Adobe employees. Very impersonal and slightly unprofessional
2. Hiring manager - remote Teams call. Standard questions. Personable
3. Tech interview - remote Teams call. Standard questions. Personable
4. Sales manager - remote Teams call. Standard questions. Personable
5. Panel presentation - In person at Tysons Corner office. Given a deck with a scenario to put together a presentation for a role play. It was a heavy lift and went fairly well, I thought. Hiring manager had flown to DC from Seattle, so it seemed like a very positive indication. Finished and had a nice chat with hiring manager before leaving.
Four days later, I got a 3 line email from recruiter saying that the feedback from the panel interview was not positive and they were not moving forward with my application. Just that, nothing more.
Sent email to the hiring manager and lead SA to say thanks for the opportunity and would they be willing to provide a little feedback or constructive criticism. No response from either, after they had been very friendly and helpful throughout the interview process. Just rude and unprofessional. I would like to know where it went badly so I can improve for future interviews, but clearly, they couldn't care less.

Entrevista
Completed a phone screen and an interview with one hiring manager. The recruiter was responsive, the hiring manager was not, and it took weeks to get something scheduled. The recruiter informed me that they didn't want to continue with the process, and then I found out through a friend who works there that the position was on hold do to the 'coming recession'. I would have appreciated the honesty upfront.
