Very smooth and engaging conversation with the recruiter over the phone. Enjoyable. I was really interested in the company and the job but even though they have an office in Utah, the position was in California. No flexibility. Too bad for both of us. I was really happy though that I could apply online and actually get a call! Thrilling. Adobe seems like a great place to work.

The interview process was extensive. I met with more than a dozen people over the course of four weeks. This is understandable given how highly-matrixed the company is, and makes sense understanding how the company operates.

How experiences outside of tech could translate into working at Adobe?
The interview process was smooth and timely. There were no long periods where I didn't hear from the recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process and called to check in every step of the way.

Strange process. Not given info as to what was expected or the process. Just had to rock up and see what happened. which is fine but not so great when you see what was asked...

They basically wanted me to detail a marketing plan for one of their business divisions (Adobe Stock photos), right off the bat, first interview, without any prior advice to prep anything.
