Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Adobe (Bengaluru) en ene 2021
Entrevista
After giving 4 technical rounds(5-6 hrs in total in working days, even 2 rounds in a single day) with the Solution Architect and the Managers of Adobe,
I expected a quicker response from the HR team rather than an almost a month delay and multiple reminders through email and phone calls.
As a potential shortlisted candidate in the initial rounds, the way HR team was proactively organizing the interviews and wanted to close the position ASAP.
Any candidate who has invested so much time in the process would have expected a much quicker response.
Unfortunately, I didn't see that here and it really shocked me.
Don't get me wrong, as a technical person I really enjoyed the interview discussions.
But, would have really appreciated it if the candidate's time was respected as much as that of the organization.
I hope the HR team of ADOBE is much more responsive in the future.
Pretty smooth. There was a technical coding round, an aptitude round, followed by recruiter call. Then a panel round where tech and general behavioral was asked. I have heard other mention mental math as well.
