Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Adobe (Los Angeles, CA) en mar 2015
Entrevista
There were a lot of rounds with 2 technical interviews (one very quick) and at least 3 phone interviews before flying you in-person. It was very detailed and the interviewer tried hard to place you into a position that you would feel at home in, asking about your preferences and experiences. All in all, very cordial

Call with hiring manager, flown to san francisco for onsite for four thirty minute interviews, and then later another call with different hiring manager. I only had one day notice that I had to fly to San Francisco, and that was only after I followed up with the recruiter. This was stressful! But once I was there the interview process was straightforward. I really appreciated that the people who interviewed me were 50% female and 50% male. I've never seen that in a tech onsite, and it shows a commitment to diversity that's not just fake talk
