Worst possible way to start the interview process where they had 8-9 people for group discussion together. They started off well with the introduction but as soon as the topic was given, everyone started copy pasting content from chat gpt and people with experiences of 5+ years did not have the decency to raise hands in the teams meeting for their turn to speak. They all chose to stay on unmute and make it a fish market. The moderator after half the process was done, dropped a message asking people to go in turns but then later rejected people who had the decency to wait for their turn unlike the majority of others who did the opposite.
