All the interviews went pretty nice, the team was open and kind. It didn't feel like interrogation unlike many of my previous experiences :D During the process I was able to meet many people from the team, which was extremely beneficial as it is one of my core requirements to have a fit. The whole process consisted of several rounds of interviews. They were targeted at assessing the fit, general awareness, industry specific knowledge like mobile attribution and adtech ecosystem (which I didn't have, but was able to learn a bit pretty fast, so it's possible), and technical skills (bash, SQL, other programming languages is a plus). Overall, it wasn't so difficult because of the questions and the conversation flow, but it was pretty intense because it was mostly new for me and it went very fast (1-2 interviews a week). Now I've been here for a month and it feels as comfortable as it felt during the interviews. So I totally recommend :D

It was highly professional and I was always provided with a timely feedback.
