The interview process started off with a take-home challenge, after which I had 4 rounds of interviews. This is typical for companies. I met several people in management, who were all very polite and encouraged me to ask many questions. The first three meetings were over video and my last meeting was in person. It took half an hour to meet with each person. Overall it took about three weeks for me to get an offer, which I accepted because of Adjust’s Work from Anywhere culture and trust of employees to do the job.
