      Entrevista

      A recruiter contacted me regarding my resume. We spoke as normal about my qualifications and background. I was then sent via email an IQ/Personality test. Pretty basic. I was then notified by the recruiter that I passed the test and then a face to face interview was scheduled. When I arrived at the company I was placed in a private room to retake the IQ portion if the test for verification purposes. After I was done I met with the Director. She was friendly and gave a background of the company. I then met with one if the managers who gave me a run down if the software they used and their day to day routine. I then met with the Tech Lead of the department. He was friendly and asked basic interview questions regarding skills and background. Long story short after the interview was done a month later and I was NEVER given any feedback not about my interview or my 2nd round test results and not even a sorry to inform you automated email. Very unprofessional in the end!Blessing in disguise.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was pretty simple and easy. Recruiter reach out to me and discussed the role and compensation. Had an interview with the Lead support Engineer/Specialist and the Manger of Product Support. After the interview they sent me a SQL and Javascript test(Easy). Everything went well and the recruiter reached out to me saying the that manager wants to hire and move forward with me as a new hire. However, recruiter reach out to me the following week letting me know that Leadership decided not to move forward with me because I was leaving my current role(Paid more) to work for them. My reasoning to leave my current role is so I can expand on my skillsets and move into different roles later down the road at Aderant. I was very disappointed that leadership wasn't even in my interview via Teams to even ask any questions or concern they might have had. Needless to say, their response in not hiring me speaks volume and I'm glad I dodged a bullet.

      Phone interview followed by an IQ test. The test was easy. I was asked to retake the IQ test with a HR monitoring me in skype. I did well. I have a fave to face interview lined up now
