Mostly casual. No programing tests or weird mind problems. Mostly wanted to know what I had accomplished, and if I would fit in with their culture. I met with two people and they asked similar questions. They also spent a great deal of time explaining their market and product which helped. There goal was to make sure that I knew if I wanted to work at their company.
