I met initially with the lead recruiter to discuss their open positions. I then completed an in depth series of job placement testing, a background check and work history. After completing the the pre qualification process Adecco analyses my information to match me with the proper job. They then set up a one on one interview with the employer and the final decision is up to the employer.

Quite friendly and nice. Spoke a lot on my previous experience. But they seemed to be not so interested. The suggested payment is lower than my expectation. Annual leave is quite limited too.

Me llamaron por una segunda entrevista y no me contactaron más, mandé un mail para que me dieran feedback y tampoco me lo respondieron. Esto desmotiva la búsqueda de empleo para cualquier trabajador
