I applied on job board and was contacted after a few days. i was called by a female employee and was screened by her. She liked what I said and was passed to the account manager for the company. I had a 30 minute phone interview. Was hired and started immediately after taking a drug test.

Why you want to get a job as a customer service rep?.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
