The interview process consisted of a 30 minute screening call with a recruiter where I shared about my resume and they shared about Addepar. The second interview was half a hour with a team lead and consisted of questions more around my financial knowledge and understanding of the product. The third and final interview was an hour long with a manager/lead and director where I spoke about my understanding of the product, and was put through three separate product understanding scenarios where I was asked my thoughts and what I would do in regards to the product or questions an Addepar customer might ask for help resolving. I was also asked to take 5 minutes to prepare and give a 5-8 minute presentation. I received an offer about a week and a half after my final interview.

They did two rounds of phone interviews, followed by an on-site interview that was roughly 5 hours with multiple members of their team. Following interview, their recruiter, who had been phenomenal at communicating prior, didn't return e-mails or keep contact, despite numerous attempts.
