I applied online on their website and got an immediate response from their recruiter a day later. The first interview was telephonic. The interviewer asked me a bit about my resume and then gave me a reconciliation problem to code. I did not do well as I goofed up on a very basic check but the interviewer gave me a hint and I was able to rectify it. I though I wouldn't get a call back but they scheduled a second telephonic interview after a week. The second interviewer was late for the interview by about 7 mins and so just went on to ask me a question. It was a BFS problem. I was able to code it and the interview was also happy with my solution. I expected an on-site call but to my surprise they sent an automated email saying they would not be pushing me application forward. I was happy with the process except that the interviewer was late. I think they want a clean solution for each problem they ask.
