Applied on career section of Addepar. Recruiter contacted me after 10 days and scheduled the general phone interview with another recruiter. Recruiter had asked general questions based on resume, career goals etc. such as Why do you want to join Addepar? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Got rejection on next day. Very disappointing. Didn't understand reason behind this.
