I had such a great experience throughout the interview process. From the very first conversation, Becky made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed — it truly felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. In my second interview with Nick and Eleanor, the same positive energy continued. They were engaging, open, and gave me a real insight into the team and culture.
Liam also played a key role in making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept in regular contact, kept me updated at every step, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I felt really supported and valued throughout the entire process, which only confirmed that this was a team and company I wanted to be a part of.
The two-stage interview involved an initial virtual meeting with HR and my line manager, followed by an in-person interview within the department featuring a role-relevant presentation assessing my skills and suitability.

3 stage interview, HR team have been great throughout the process and were very helpful. The whole process was very transparent and I was updated along the way. The main positive for me was the time it took from application to offer, it was quick. I would definitely recommend Add People to anyone looking to grow their career!
