First you apply online, then you are contacted for a phone interview with basic questions about who you are and why you want to work for the company. If you make it through that process, you will be contacted about an online technical interview where they ask you questions about software development and give you a coding prompt. After I passed the technical interview stage, I was brought in for face to face interview where I was mainly asked questions about who I am and what I like to do.

Interview process consists of a phone screen, banking progam to complete, technical screen, then on-site. Technical round consisted general OOP questions, and live programming. On-site interview takes about three hours where you'll meet with three different people from management.
