Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Acumen (Burlingame, CA) en mar 2016
Entrevista
I got in an took a 1 hour logic and statistics test that I thought I was well prepared for. I then interviewed with 3 sets of two people for ~30 minutes each. Each interview had a different flavor. Some interviewers asked resume questions, others asked more "technical" questions about quantitative methods and multiple regression. Everyone seemed friendly and didn't seem to be trying to intimidate for the most part. Came out thinking I had done well enough for an offer, but alas, no.

Tell me about the quantitative/statistical analysis you've done.
Very quick chat with HR, then had two one-on-ones with mid-level programmers from two different projects.
Three meetings were planned, but on the day I was told due to schedule changes, one couldn’t make it, and I didn’t end up meeting the names listed for the other meetings either.
From initial application to receiving offer was about 5 months.

The interview process was three rounds, quite easy, including written test for data analysis, phone interview with an analyst, and then three back-to-back interviews with the current employees. These interviews each lasted 30 minutes.

The whole process was great. I also communicated well with the interviewer. The first round of interviews was to discuss the findings from the dataset. You need to be familiar with knowing every step while you are writing this test.
