Started with a virtual HR screening, followed by a behavioral interview focused on customer service scenarios, adaptability, and communication. Process was organized, conversational, and provided clear expectations about the role.
There was a phone interview and then a video conference call with multiple people. There was a bit of confusion as to who the different people in calls were. The second interview was close to an hour, hour and a half.

I applied online and was contacted within 10 days. 1st interview was with HR. It went well and was scheduled for a second with the hiring manager peers. Felt everything went well. They said I would be moved forward to the next step but it would be a at least a week before they got back to me. After 2 weeks I reached out to HR by email and phone but did not get a response. After another week HR finally reached out and said they filled the position.
