Group interview with 6 other people. Each of us was asked three customer service-related questions. We were also given some info about the company. Offer letter was sent a few hours after the interview.

The interview was basically just onboarding and seeing if you had all the equipment for the job, easy if you can get to the interview to begin with. After that it just comes down to having all your equipment set up and ready by orientation
it was a group interview due to high demand for new hires. Questions were easy and pertained to role. hired on the spot and picked hours then and there! Hiring person was very kind and respectful.

Asked the standard interview questions, what lead you to apply with us, what do you think are your strengths/weaknesses, etc. If you get an interview, you'll pretty much get the job.
