I never actually got to do an interview. About 2 weeks after applying, I got an email that they'd like to do a phone screening; I went to sign up for a time slot, but the first available was over 2 more weeks out. I signed up anyway. Day of, I prepare like normal, wait for a call at 1pm. At 1:03, I get an email about how their needs have changed, even though the job is still posted. No wonder they're always hiring; there's no way to reach out to HR, and it seems like a mess. My guess is that a reminder popped up on the guy's calendar and he didn't want to be bothered at the moment. It's a shame to think that they're fine with treating people with such disregard.

Entrevista
First step was a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. She did a great job of explaining the role, the company and the interview process. Next step was to meet with the hiring leader. The third step was to meet with the hiring leader's boss and two peers. The final step was a mock coaching session.

Entrevista
The interview process was seamless and took around 3-weeks from initial phone screen through final offer. You could really tell that each step had a specific purpose and they knew what they were looking for! The recruiter was super friendly and a great communicator throughout the entire process (even post-offer).

The process took about a month. Standard Interview Qs about past client experience, size of book of biz, etc. The team was welcoming and engaged and the talent acquisition was really above and beyond in terms of setting timing expectations and checking in for all next steps.
