I applied through the website and received a call from the HR recruiter. He talked to me about the company and then setup a phone interview with with the hiring manager for the group that I would be working in. He then called me back and scheduled an in person group interview with the recruiter, hiring manager, department director, and senior developer. He then called me back and made me an offer.
