I applied online and after 1 day, I received an email to ask me when I can perform a technical test. The test is neutral, not too easy, not too difficult.
The company also sent an email to share links for me to research before moving to Singapore.
After submitting the test, I had a casual chat with the recruiter and after 1 week, I had an interview with the interview panel

Entrevista
There was a 4 hour hackerrank test. It had 4 softskill questions, few MCQ and 5 coding questions.
Then the recruiter asked for a video interview to discuss the role.
We discussed about my expectation and the role expectation and some standard career related questions.
But the recruiter just ghosted me afterwards.
Other soft skill questions:
- How do you understand emotion of your colleague?
- describe a situation where you have managed a conflict in a professional way
- how do you handle stress and pressure
What do you do in a stressful situation in office
- Coding ( 5 questions )
- Given an mathematical expression in a String find missing digits
- `123?5 * 23 = 2345?23`
- Here `A * B = C` and missing digits will always be in A and C
- There will be only one digit and always be an unique solution
- Given a level-order traversal of tree where NULL nodes are represented as #, return `preOrder` traversal of that tree
- Given roman Representation, find the smallest representation (HARD)
- LL -> 100
- Output: C -> 100

Entrevista
Interview starts with an introduction and more on people management skills. Then technical interview starts, technical interviewer from my experience is forcing incorrect description and information to me.
They will insist they are right but checking after the interview turns out they were wrong and I was right so I guess dont give up on your answers if you’re confident. They were laughing and smiling correcting me but turns out they were correcting incorrectly lol 😂 . Also you should only provide textbook answers as any deviation from the description would receive a correction from the interviewer.
