(2) Motivational aspects such as why do you want to work for Acted, or this mission specifically. Why are you leaving your current position, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you expect to gain from this experience, very basic questions.
(2) Organizational knowledge: what do you know about 3 0, how is Acted funded, Acted's activities in this country, or in general.
(3) Technical questions and competency-based questions: how do you approach writing, multitasking, working in stressful environment, and how do you understand logical framework, indicators, cluster coordination, etc.
