The interview was scheduled through email and text messages that seemed automated because they came in so quickly after I applied for the position. The interview was scheduled two days after I sent my resume. The interview was only 30 minutes and conducted by someone who had an impressive title but only seemed to be 23 or 24. All of the staff I saw appeared to be in their early 20s. The questions were easy, they mostly were trying to sell the company and their benefits and complimenting me rather than weighing my experience. They told me on the spot they basically would like to hire me but would have to return the next day for second and third round interviews and that by the next day I would know if I had been hired or not. It all seemed to be moving too fast, too easy, and all the talk about earning a high income in a short amount of time made me feel suspicious. Common etiquette is to avoid talking about salary until after you've been hired and keep the interview about the candidate's qualifications. I went home and did even more research, put two and two together, figured they are trying to attract any young person to their company to sell products in-person and not actually do social media marketing like they advertise.

Short fast zoom interview. She would not let me ask any questions regarding the position. The first thing said was in this interview we just want to get to know you please don’t ask any questions we will go over the position details in the next couple rounds of the interview process. Honestly answered the questions pretty badly and at the end she gave a line that seemed as if she says it to everyone: “we don’t normally do this… but I’m going to go ahead and schedule you for the next interview you seem like a great fit” Afterwards I got many texts and emails trying to set me up for another interview. I declined after seeing other reviews of this being a scam and the position not actually being what is listed.
