This was a 3 part interview. The interview was split into days. Iwas interviewes by 3 different people. The first interview was about 20 minutes. We went over my experience as well as what I was looking for in a job and with a company. The gentleman then described more about the company, clients, and position. The 2nd interview was more detailed. They went over the daily responsibilities and the expectations needed to become a Marketing Manager. We also went over the pay and schedule. The 3rd interview was more informal. They basically just wanted to make sure all my questions were answered and then maid an offer. I thought it was a good mix of professional and friendly.
