phone interview. In person. Hired. IT was not along process at all. the interview was simple and straight forward. I was offered the job fairly quickly. I only had to meet with one manager in person and two phone interviews. IT was not bad at all. I did have to drive to Midland for one of my interviews though. That was a little far for me in my opinion. After having the job it was not worth it.
